Refund and Returns Policy
Damaged or Defective Items:
We pride ourselves on the premium quality of our mugs and packing, but accidents happen. In the unlikely scenario that your mug arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge. In the unlikely scenario that your mug has a print or design error, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Proof: Please email a photo of the damaged item to admin@themugplace.com. You do not need to return the broken or defective mug to us.
Change of Mind / Custom Orders:
Because our products are personalised and/or printed specifically for you (Print-on-Demand), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customisation ordered, or buyer error (such as a typo in the name you provided).
- Please check your spelling and design carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations:
As our products are custom-made, production begins almost immediately. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to cancel the order, as it will already be in production.
