Straightforward DDP delivery

All wholesale orders are supplied DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), door to door.
We arrange delivery to your nominated address, with duties and import handling included in the quote where applicable.

Please allow 30–40 days from order confirmation for production and delivery. Timing may vary slightly according to destination, order size, design count, and seasonal freight demand.

FAQs

The minimum wholesale order is 504 mugs, packed as 14 cartons of 36 mugs. You can combine standard cartons and test cartons within the same order, subject to the 504-mug minimum.

Each carton contains 36 mugs.
Standard Cartons contain one design only, with 36 mugs of that design.
Test Cartons contain three designs with 12 mugs of each design.

Yes. You can select as many designs as you need, provided each standard-cartoned design is ordered in multiples of 36 mugs.
For example, a 504-mug order could include 14 standard cartons across 14 different designs, or multiple cartons of your strongest designs.

A Test Carton lets you trial a wider selection of designs before committing to larger quantities. Instead of one design per carton, we can pack three designs per carton, with 12 mugs of each design.
Test cartons carry a 15% price uplift per mug because they require additional production, packing, and quality-control handling.

Yes. Our approved mug and print specification is SGS-tested for dishwasher durability up to 3,000 cycles, which is the highest grade tested. SGS dishwasher-resistance testing assesses how domestic articles withstand chemical, thermal, and mechanical stresses during repeated dishwasher use.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. We arrange delivery to your nominated address and include freight, import clearance, duties, and applicable import taxes in the agreed quotation, subject to the named delivery location and quotation terms.
Under DDP, the seller is responsible for costs and import formalities to the named destination removing all complexity for the buyer.

We supply wholesale orders worldwide, subject to destination feasibility and local import requirements. Provide your full delivery address, country, and postcode in the RFQ form so we can confirm DDP availability and quote accurately.

Please allow approximately 30–40 days from order confirmation for production and DDP delivery. Final timing depends on order size, number of designs, delivery destination, customs conditions, and seasonal freight demand.
If you have a required in-store date, include it in your RFQ. We will confirm whether it can be met before you place an order.

Premium packing. Every mug in each carton is delivered packed individually inside a smash proof box that includes:

We do not offer free samples. However, you may purchase up to 10 mugs at the normal retail price to assess product quality, print finish, packaging and design suitability.
If you then place a wholesale order for delivery to the same address within 30 days, we will refund the difference between the retail price paid and the applicable wholesale price for those sample mugs, up to a maximum of 10 mugs.
Please include your original retail order number when submitting your wholesale RFQ so we can apply the adjustment to your qualifying order.

We can discuss exclusive collections, retailer-specific messages, regional ranges, or custom design briefs for suitable order volumes and conditions. Include your concept, intended quantity, delivery location, and required launch date in ourr RFQ on the “Additional notes and special request” section.
